Eddy Leonel Aldana is a photographer and artist currently based in Clarksburg, Maryland. He is a first generation Guatemalan-American and was born in 1995. He graduated from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at GWU in 2017 with his BFA in Fine Art Photography. His work is based around the memory of his late father, the acceptance and denial of his passing and the attachment to the memories he has of him. The ideas of home and family also play a big part in his photographic process. He has exhibited online at Strant Magazine, La Horchata Zine among others. He has also exhibited works at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and Gallery 102 in Washington, D.C.
